it has five bedrooms: one for d & me, one for d2, one for miss p, one for 'renzo, one big 'un for all our guest-y types.
it has a library to house all my books, with floor to ceiling bookshelves and one of those rolly ladders to reach the ones near the top of the 15 foot ceiling.
it has a built-in, full-size air hockey table where i can kick anyone's butt on a daily basis.
it has a stonefruit orchard with peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, mangoes, and olives. best of all, it has four avocado trees...that produce avocados.
it has a nice view of the ocean. it's warm and there's a fantastic surf spot down some stairs in the cliff. it's warm, except for the days that i feel like rain.
it's near my family and all the places i love.
