we're baaaack. and it only took us eleventy-seven hours! now i know that:1) funyuns contain msg
2) babies/children lurrve them some msg!
3) msg is a very bad thing on a eleventy-seven hour car ride
4) a 3.5 year old told at a gas station that she can get anything she wants will say, with very large eyes, anything? and choose a very large bag of sweet & salty chex mix and sour apple o's and insist on eating half the apple o's and saving the rest for later by which she means 3 minutes later and then decide she'd really rather have funyuns even though no one wants to trade for chex mix and actually maybe she should taste your skor toffee bar which is really melty but shoot she ate all of the o's and has nothing to trade 'cause she polished off the apple thingie-boppers but is hopped up on msg and isn't really wanting to negotiate anyway and fine, take the damn funyuns and the skor bar if you'll just be quiet!
