took the cat (isabella) back to the vet today because she still can't keep any food down. (i kept her contained in the bathroom last night and today and boy was there a mess to clean up.) her blood tests came back fine as did her x rays. they're going to do an ultrasound tomorrow morning and she'll be staying at the d&c hospital overnight to get fluids. i talked to the vet about my financial situation and she said she'd see what she can do. the ultrasound alone is $350. anyway, i said i'd volunteer to work off my debt, if they can use the help. ya know, in my spare time...
i'm feeling both more calm and completely panicked about court as the date is quickly approaching. i guess i've begun to feel that any outcome is better than no outcome, even if we're teetering near destitute for a while. i just want to know what to expect, though i suppose a court order is no guarantee of predictability. spam the hell out of me with positive thoughts and prayers. court is 7/11/08 at 9.00 am.
my bank got my money back from the fraudulent transaction. that was a relief. *whew*
