okay then...

lucky for me, if the six minute rule is true, i never talked to anyone but the secretary! and she can't possibly charge more than a dollar a minute right? ;)

i DID get a phone call asking me to come down to their office today and sign the motion papers so that the case can be heard by the comissioner. also, there was a letter from walter instructing me on what i am suppossed to (and not suppossed to) do.

at the present, i am having a very slow texting conversation with bk about his visitation this afternoon. he said "i know its late notice [at 2.57pm], but would you be able to switch tonight for tomorrow night." no, we have plans tomorrow. after a great deal of back and forth he tells me he'll come over and see them now and ''take them for a walk or a swim.'' must be nice to leave work at 3.30, see the kids (but still ruin my plans for this evening), and ''have something to go to this evening that i didn't know about until a few minutes ago."

and here i was feeling bad about taking him to court.
