yeah, so somehow last night i thought i'd be less exhausted than i was before i stayed up until 1.30 packaging and got up at 7 to work the market... that said, we made nearly DOUBLE what we'd made on our best market to date. we're doing single origin beans now (ghana, madagascar, papua new guinea, criollo, possibly panama). they're incredibly diverse beans and ben is doing all of his own roasting so the flavors we're getting are incredible. i promise to update the website soooon.
bk has continued to step up more and more over the past weeks. he's stopping by to have lunch with the kids a couple times a week and taking them every sunday and most saturdays too. the improvement in miss p is incredible. she's secure in his ability to be there for her. parker got to see all three of her most favorite men today which was fitting. i'm thankful for all the dads in her life...and mine.
