i love where i live. the state, the town, the home, the bathtub where 'renzer was born. r and i and the kids lived here (in this house) for a little over a year together. soon enough the kids and i will have lived here longer than that and it will be ours. we're going to change the deed over to my name only. in the mean time, i'm doing what i can to reclaim it. i'm painting walls, rearranging furniture, building bookcases (thanks dad), buying flowers/curtain rods/picture frames. i'm overhauling. i'm stream-lining. (i'm hopefully posting pictures eventually). anyway, it's slow-going with the kids "helping," but that's part of it too.
parker yelled from the bathroom earlier, "mama, 'bella (one of the cats) is the same color as my poo-poo! that's kind of funny!" she's finally seeming more parker-ish again, joyful. three and insane, but parker nonetheless.
