well, i choose the prison toothbrush. namely because i assume a severed rat tail would have blood in/on it and it seems logical that you might contract something gross from it. the toothbrush, while disgusting, would hopefully only have saliva on it. not much (really deadly at least) is easily transmitted via saliva. i think. mike? you ought to have an educated answer for this question.

chew on a wild rat's severed tail for half an hour
OR
thoroughly brush your teeth with a toothbrush from a prison's community toothbrush bowl?
