This happened a few days ago at UCLA.
A student was asked to show his ID by the staff at Powell Library. He didn't have it. They asked him to leave. He didn't leave.
They called the UCPD. As the police showed up, he picked up his things and started to leave. On his way out, an officer grabbed him by the arm and he shouted "DON'T TOUCH ME!"
And then they tazered him. He screamed in pain, fell to the floor and they told him to get up. They said it over and over again and when he wouldn't get up... they tazered him again.
Apparently he got tazered six times.

Who do you call when they police start behaving this way? I'm glad we've reached the age where a video camera is available at all times so this kind of thing can get out.
And yeah, the UCPD station is literally right across the street from the building where I work. Pretty scary.
