this should be an incredible event this year (as always). it's our first year participating and we're hoping to bring home some awards for the chocolates we entered (the 68% single origin madagascar bar, the thai truffles and caramel figs). our summer is already filling up with weddings and tastings and shows and festivals! w00p!
