in other news, b came over the last couple of nights and we worked on cacao for a few hours each. we think we've found a supplier for our main ingredients which has allowed us to calculate what our per bar cost will be. we're also looking into getting a chocolate tempering machine like this bad boy here. they're expensive but would make the process a whole lot easier when making big batches of chocolate (up to 10 pounds at a time). we're also working on some infused flavors and talking about doing seasonal items (macaroons, candied nuts, dipped fresh and dried fruits, etc.). more packaging work done too. actually, we're getting a bunch done.
