r and i spent a good part of yesterday afternoon turning over the "soil" in front of our house. unfortunately when the magnolia tree was removed the giant roots were not. also, since our complex used to be the site of a local rockery there are tons and tons of rocks that we have to pick out before we can plant anything.
we had a nice "roll your own" sushi party with amanda and adam- our first couples dinner party! parker wasn't herself though and kept spitting miso soup at r.
